Who I Am

I will always go above and beyond in my personal life and my business. I have an intense work ethic and I’m committed to consistent and honest communication.

My clients have commented that I “make the impossible come together.” If there is a way to get my clients what they want and need, I will search out a way to do it.

I am known for my strong negotiation skills and great knowledge of real estate contracts and disclosures.

When my buyer hugs me and lets me know they love the home I helped them purchase… when my seller thanks me over and over again for helping them get the price they needed… these things validate why I am in the real estate business and make my time and effort worth everything.

I am passionate about my family, my clients, LA Kings season tickets and my car, in that order. I love to spend my downtime with my man, my beautiful daughter and my extended family. There is nothing better than making a special lunch or dinner and inviting my family over for a Sunday meal.

I am very proud to say I grew up in the Conejo Valley. I have lived here for 31 years and I have no plans to move anywhere else.

I work hard, but I play hard also. I always manage to make time for Kings home games, and I get excited when I have the time to travel to away games to help support and rally the team I love.

I work with investors who need a good rate of return. Understanding their needs, I research neighborhoods, current and past markets to guide them on pursuing real estate opportunities that will be fruitful for them.

I work with people buying a home for the first time, with people downsizing for retirement or other life changes, and with people ready to move up into a home that better supports the growth in their life. All three types of home purchases are so rewarding for me when I find the perfect new home for my buyers.

I work with homeowners ready to sell their home and make the next big step in their life. People preparing to sell need more than the highest suggested list price from their agent. I provide my sellers with clear and current market data and property comparisons to make an informed decision on the asking price for their property. We assess their needs and goals, the market value of their home and marketing opportunities to gain as much exposure to qualified buyers once the home goes on the market. I also assist with decluttering their home, offering staging tips and upgrade suggestions to maximize the purchase price of their property.

It is very important in this business to constantly reinvent yourself. The market is always changing, and as a real estate professional, I am always educating myself and evolving with it. What I Stand For

I always make time to support organizations promoting Alzheimer’s awareness, education and fundraising and in that vein, I take part in the annual walk for Alzheimer’s awareness. I watched my father fade away as a result of dementia and Alzheimer’s and, therefore, I feel it is important to support any organization that helps promote Alzheimer’s awareness and research.

I also support the American Cancer Society and do their annual walk. As so many of us, I have seen the devastating effects of cancer on the lives of so many. The American Cancer Society does so much, I feel we must all support their efforts.
